It is a PCC’s statutory responsibility to ensure that a Police and Crime Plan is fit for purpose. While the current plan remains a valid context, during these exceptional times there is a need to set a new strategic intention that fits the challenge we now face.
The Police and Crime Plan gives strategic direction for the coming year, and beyond. This plan has been developed at pace but in consultation with some of our key stakeholders including policing, community safety partners and commissioned services – and with the voice of the public the PCC serves at its heart.
