Safer Together 2018

19 June 2018

The Safer Together event 2018 showcases the partnership projects funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner that:

  • Support the vulnerable
  • Help victims of crime on their recovery journey
  • Work with those at risk of offending, helping them avoid triggers that might otherwise lead them into anti-social behaviour or crime
  • Enable the constabulary to focus on policing – identifying threats and risks, protecting the community and pursuing those who wish us harm.

At the event residents can find out about services available, take part in a variety of activities and vote for the community organisation they want to receive £500.

Do you have a project that will or does help keep people safer?

Schools, community groups and voluntary organisations in Basingstoke, Hart and Rushmoor are all invited to submit a short application to the Police and Crime Commissioner by Monday 30 April to be in with a chance of winning £500.
