Why Sleep Out?
There are 250,000 people who are homeless in England 120,000 of these are children. In Winchester, Trinity work with 650 vulnerable people every year – over half of whom have nowhere to call home
When and Where?
Friday 5th May 2017
- From 6 – 10pm we will be hosting a celebration evening. All are welcome to join us for live music, a hot meal, and entertainment
- Use the cardboard provided to build a structure to keep yourself safe, warm and sheltered
- Lights out from 10pm – no noise, just you and the attempt to get some sleep
- Enjoy a breakfast roll before heading home to wash, sleep and get warm – which isn’t an option for the thousands who have to sleep rough every night
